At present, the snack industry promotes the global trade of processed, high mileage food products that have negative social and environmental impacts. To boost the local economy, my major project focuses on an alternative sustainable, ethical business model to encourage community resilience.

The entire supply chain, from material sourcing, energy usage, manufacturing and distribution to material disposal has been carefully considered using a cradle-to-cradle and BioRegional ‘One Planet Living’ approach within a 20 mile radius.
